
PROJECT GOAL
The objective was to create an entirely new brand identity for Hartington F.C., a fictional soccer team conceived for a rural district in the UK lacking a professional club. I aimed to develop a brand that authentically represented the region’s rustic charm while exuding modern appeal, using design elements that evoke a sense of history and local pride.

CONCEPT
I approached this project as an opportunity to blend history with contemporary design. Research revealed that Hartington, a rural UK district, was ripe for a professional soccer team. I chose a neutral color palette to reflect the area’s countryside and conceptualized a reindeer mascot, drawing on the local nickname “Stag Hill.” The design process involved crafting various deliverables—from mockups for vehicles and merchandise to advertisements and logotypes—that all tied back to this distinctive, rural theme reimagined for today.
